• Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date of issuance, after which prices are subject to change.

• Severe traffic delays, road closures, or detours.

• Vehicle availability at the time of formal booking.

• Changes made by the user to the dates, times, or pickup/drop-off locations.

• Inaccurate or incomplete information was entered into the quote form.

SMS Text Messaging Compliance

By checking the consent box or submitting your phone number on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from us. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in receiving SMS messages, as delivery is subject to successful transmission from your network operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company, its owners, and its drivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, any delays in generating quotes, or any typographical errors in the estimates provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island, US, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
